Returns and Exchange

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

If for any reason you need to return or exchange, GABE accepts domestic returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise with all tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. 

Our returns policy only allows for the exchange of the returned product. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

We do not accept any refund requests, we exchange the returned product or credit the value of the returned item.

PROCEDURE OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to: shop@gabebags.com To make a return, please send us the receipt or proof of purchase. We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged as we cannot guarantee that the same materials are still available given that we are mainly using offcuts.

Items must be returned in original packaging by a courier chosen and payed by the customer.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your exchange request. All Made to Orders, One offs or Personalised Items are considered Final Sale.

This policy excludes International Orders and Final Sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are on the customer expense.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet these policy requirements. Please note that it is not possible to cancel a current order or to refund an item that is in the process of being delivered.

GABE can in no way be held responsible for a delivery failure of the order due to an error of indication at the time, wrong address or damages and delays caused by delivery.
